A group of 24 students, that included 9 girls from Bertoua Bilingual High School and 11 boys from different schools in the city, were reportedly gathered in a private residence for an organised group sex in the Mokolo neighborhood on Friday, March 7, 2025, when they were caught.
According to Griote TV, the students ranging from 13 to 22 years, were found in an apartment filled alcohol and displayed immoral behavior. They were caught after one of the participants informed the general supervisor of her school about the party. The school supervisor then informed the police authorities, who set up a surveillance team that caught the students. It is equally reported that the arrested students were later released after answering questions, however the organisers of the said gathering will be facing legal consequences.
Recall that not long ago, a video of some students of the College Adventiste performing an orgy went viral, a footage that sparked discussion on the decadence of moral values amongst youths and also raised concerns on youths involvement in early sex. With this other event, this grouped sex or orgy is quickly becoming a fast trend among youths and something has to be done swiftly before it gains more popularity.
